Trademarking your company is never an easy task. That is unless you have a great team like Foundry512 and GVTC to prove them wrong. Foundry512 recently worked with GVTC to help the communication service win a trademark for them and the GVTC Foundation.
The trademark grants the company two new GTVC and GTVC Foundation taglines, “Connecting You” and “Here For You.”
It’s no secret that filing and winning a trademark comes with many challenges. Stringent requirements and competitive tagline phrases keep companies from getting the taglines they want. But thanks to the efforts of both GVTC and Foundry512 and many hours of research, GVTC defied the odds.
To win the trademark, Foundry512 collaborated with GVTC’s legal team and marketing manager, Maria Claudia Redd, to design the perfect brand strategy to offset possible challenges.
Their approach had GVTC’s team work on their side of things, tackling the legal aspects of trademarking.
On the other hand, Foundry512 dug deep through the nitty-gritty details, researching existing trademarks and their owners while identifying what tagline possibilities were available.
And while other companies would find it near impossible to trademark with so much competition out there, the full-service advertising agency was able to discover the perfect taglines after experimenting with different spacing and lockups combinations.
